U2 over SoCal, and a Q4 unmanned craft has been tooling around the East coast, from DelMarVa to S Carolina. Q4s aren't based out of any East coast AFB.
That is an MQ-4C US Navy off the coast of NC, VA and MD. It's a test aircraft, not attached to an operational unit. That P-8 that was mentioned is also a test aircraft. Both out of NAS Patuxent River, MD doing test flights.
I dunno, but there is one over Greece, too.
I thought the U2 was a retired craft. Maybe they are just making sure the seals don't dry out?
May be old news, but LA is where the traffickers are coming in according to a video that I watched.
