The wins may be behind the scenes, i.e. the cabal being taken out. Hence all the resignations, coup in Myanmar etc. Sounds like white hats winning BIGLY.
Just cos "we're" losing on the surface doesnt mean squat if the important stuff and territory is being won back from the Cabal.
