He is Lin Wood's whistleblower in a video where he is pixelated and some people think he is James Clapper based on voice. There is also an audio interview in which his breathing sounds pretty alarming although when he speaks it is controlled. Said to be the effect of being waterboarded. Alas, I didn't save that either, but it could be a voice comparison.
