OP's account age...less than 90 days. Yup, a previous comment of mine checks out. ?

It's probably one of them batch-made sleepers accounts. The most shilly nonhandshake posts for some reason usually share similar account ages. But don't take my word for it. If you keep checking you'll start seeing the pattern. So right now their ages are usually high 80's, 40's, 30's, and 20's.
