So I downloaded the enitre trumplibrary.gov site, and I found something strange. There is a folder called sites>default>styles>large>public>2021-01 that contains a bunch of images that are misnamed to not be images. I simply added their appropriate file extension and uploaded them all here: https://imgur.com/a/7hmdSPx

is what is known as a URI Argument, meaning 3D3vyGY is the value of something called itok, and to me these look like shortened UUIDs or SIDs, but who knows. There is 1 image that struck me as odd though, maybe you can find it too.
