At 45:40, Flynn says he wouldn't pay up yet if you bet a friend that Trump is the president for the next four years!

He does say, at 21:20 "there's no plan. We have what we have. We have to accept the situation as it is. Now we have to do something about it."

He also clearly makes it sound as if the direction was always driven by Trump and we have to all follow Trump's direction going forward. So ... not military driven.
