Seems like it is setup for Trump forces to use impeachment trial to put out the evidence of election fraud.

Seems some swamp rats on Capitol Hill said he can't use evidence of a stolen election in his defense.

Hmmm, seems the charges claim he make false statements about the election being stolen. No, he can't defend himself with evidence.
