With Flynn, I think he knows he can say anything at this point and we'll latch on to it here.

Saying there's no plan means nothing to us, since we know Q and there's been a plan with things falling into place strangely to discount Q as a larp.

So, yeah. There's possibly also not a plan in a certain context, too. It's all misdirection.
