Yes they are always arrogant. They tell you what they do openly with a thin veil of "we know what's best for you" All "elite" magazines do is spew this drivel.

My hope is that they could be getting out ahead of some information leaking so they can say dont worry we did it to save the country and thousands of people all worked on this project (If it was just a few they would hang for treason so they are spreading out the blame)
