I understand, but - If he had said 'yes, we have a solid plan' everyone would be ecstatic, but if he says 'no plan', everyone says, no worries, that's what he has to say. So what's the net net - it doesn't matter what he (or anyone) says or does ... so how does anyone ever get closure? This could go on literally forever!
