Cannot impeach if Trump is not a sitting official in office so why are they pushing so hard!!! Because He is our legally elected President and that means if he wins in court.... he is our duly elected President. If they impeach him prior to the courts hearing everything then the court ruling does not matter!! That is the plan..The Democrats plan! Trump must win this battle to win the war!
