I have to back up the grounding - threw my back out, inflamed back, hard to heal.
Grounding provided instant relief from inflammation. Felt like, my nerves were a flame, and the grounding reduced that flame to minimal. Or like, a plasma arc, reducing the arc to a bare minimum. Incredible stuff.
Once inflammation was gone, felt mental clarity, and was able to stretch to better relieve my back. So not a miracle, but it's essentially like instant ibuprofen. Imagine that x 8 hours while you sleep though ,and you can understand the benefits.
One last thing about grounding - Leather conducts (it's skin) - rubber doesn't. Modern humans have been walking around on rubber shoes for the last few decades and the worlds going to shite. Meanwhile, Native Americans walk around on conductive leather moccasins, connected to the earth.

I recommend this type of grounding device for sitting and sleeping: https://www.amazon.com/Assurance-Grounding-Connection-Radiation-Protection/dp/B076PYKW19/ref=sr_1_16?dchild=1&keywords=grounding+bracelet&qid=1612647869&sr=8-16
