makes no sense at all to take a plane 100m to DE.

Marine One already flew the equivalent of 1/2 way there.

Uses most of the fuel on take off and landing.

Not to mention dropping in with a helo right close to Biden's beach shack is much easier than arranging airport landings for a big bird and car transport etc.

makes no sense....

Maybe an attempt to quell the rising suspicions around this topic in the public-sphere?

Biden is the 1st incoming 'president' to not arrive on AF1
Trump is the 1st outbound president to leave on AF1
