Because everything flows through Luxembourg. The Grand Duke is one of The Crowns 24 Knights Of The Garter. RTL ( Radio Television Luxembourg) was the founder of The European media ( equal to CBS). More private offshore money ischannelled through Luxembourg than Switzerland. Starbucks, Amazon, EBay, etc all channel European profits through The Grand Duchy( Luxembourg). If you are a natural Luxembourgous ? you are at the top of the pyramid.
