I live in the deep south and I can attest to the much cooler than average temperatures for these past few weeks (and longer). It's February and we aren't breaking 50° on many days! We're even supposed to get snow next weekend. I don't mind it. :)

That's subzero temps in centigrade? We don't know what that is in Yankee land, give it to us in Fahrenheit
Basically,It is only upper-10's for you guys. Pretty cold in there as a mean
gotcha, that is pretty cold. where I live in the States, it's about to hit -5 to -10 F... maybe that forecast model is pretty accurate
