My wife and I live in a high rise. The elevator speakers will sometimes connect to random r Frequencies. You may hear some weird Spanish song, or what sounds like firefighters. Today for about 5 seconds it was the emergency braudcasting system ? interesting...my phone hasn't said anything, nothing on TV, so I assume it was a test of some sort?
