I think 95% is optimistic. The higher in rank you go the more that number will drop.

Of course. That just leaves 5% which would be the faction that isn't loyal to Trump. Obviously, since Trump took care of all of our troops during his first term, a lot of the lower ranking soldiers have become loyal to Trump and are the most likely to turn on Biden and choose to sacrifice their position by defending the constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic. The 95% number would mostly be the lower ranks.
