Normally, a VP has a clearly designed role very early on, in both the campaign and anticipated Administration. Harris is not setting any schedule, other than tagging along with Joe to these poorly crafted photo ops and Presidential larpings. She is an intellectual lightweight and does not seem to possess any organizational skills or the vision for her own political future.
