Not sure if that's the exact one but someone on here, posted a picture of Dan Scavino and President Trump giving thumb ups at the resolute desk. On one of the corners of the desk, left corner if you're looking at the picture or upper right corner if you're using Trump's perspective, and there are three rectangular blue boxes.

Not sure if they are referring to these three blue boxes...
