I check stolen photos from scammers all the time. Tineye always says unique. Maybe they alter them a little bit or something but these are 100% not legit photos. I get the same pics of the same girl from multiple people... Always a "new" photo according to Tineye and also Google Image search
Q had a post about hiding memes from Twitter algorithms by putting black boxes in the corners or something along those lines. I haven't bothered to check, but I suspect the scammers do something similar.
Also I think they get them from Instagram and those photos may not be searchable by Tineye or Google?
Tineye can validate if an image is unique though.

I check for real estate and it always works for me to suss out the phonies from the real deal.
