Nope. Q has been clear that the military is the only way.

Trump has said on video, that he tried all the legal avenues but the election was stolen and essentially all legal means have been exhausted.

If you think utilizing the courts was the plan, you're not really a Q follower and more or less side with Thomas Wictor's theories on how this is going to play out.
