Why is ANY source needed? The quickest vaccines have been developed in 4-5 YEARS. Therefore this is nothing more than a Medical Experiment Using Test Subjects.
I whole-heartedly believe this. Was my first thought when it came to be.
Most of that time is spent writing funding applications, finding enough trial participants, chasing up paperwork that hasn’t been returned, all in a work environment that is slightly understaffed. It doesn’t actually take that long if everything you need is in place.
