Black Budgets make all accountability zero. The Lobbies / Complex / whatever you wanna call it was able to secure limitless and non-accountable funding forever.

They don't answer to anyone. Lockheed basically runs the government's logistics itself

People have really no clue. the US Gov is down the topology of control. Trans-national Corporations that, themselves, have larger military capability do.
