I have a friend who's a youth pastor at his church. He thinks that Q is kind of like one of the minor prophets in the Old Testament where they would come onto the scene for a short time and command the people to repentence. He showed me some of them but I don't remember their names.
He's quick to point out that Q can't add to the Bible because it is prohitibed in Revelations but he thinks Q fits a specific role from God. I'm still thinking about it. I'm sure Patriots here have thought about it and I was curious to hear what people have thought about.

My thought? Yes, the project/plan has some sort of Divine protection but I believe more pragmatically that it’s the fruit of Project Looking Glass.
