Satellite Imagery? EITS? Meaning possibly "Eye in the Sky"? Any autists able to figure it out?

Edit: could it mean Satellites can't detect the b2 stealthbomber?

Will be trying to track the aircraft. Supposed to be B-2, B-1, B-52, and maybe fighters? Already a pair of B-52s flying over the gulf. Came from Minot (of course) and did several city fly-overs.
