I know that Josh Hawley, Jim Jordan, MTG, and Lauren Boebert are safe.

Cruz, Rand Paul and Tulsi might be safe too, but I'm not too sure.

EDIT: Forgot about Gaetz, he's safe.

I don't think Gaetz will be arrested or Marjorie... yeah ppl are pissed she backtracked on Q, but I don't think she has done anything illegal.

There was also a senator from Oklahoma. I can't remember his name, but he was awesome during one of the hearings. I would put him on the not arrested list as well.

Sen. James Lankford; I remember he was the last senator who spoke during the Arizona electoral debate before the riots worsened.
