So if that was The Weeknd in the photo, wouldn't that prove the allegations to be false?

So the photo doesn’t actually confirm who the kid is. The photo here, of the kid and Schitt, and the allegation of what happened at the standard hotel are two different things. This meme is asking about the allegation.
