What happened to Parler should be a powerful lesson to ALL businesses tying their product to Amazon / AWS APIs and infrastructure. Amazon controls you absolutely when you do that. You have to rewrite your whole application before you can move. It's crazy. I mention this because of the CEOs ties to Amazon. He killed them when he advocated using them to host. If they had used portable stand-alone application architecture they could have picked up and moved anywhere.
