Is it just me or when Q speaks in all CAPS, are they trying to communicate a phrase or just the word intended? We all read POTUS in the drop above knowing it means President, but what about the rest. “Everything has meaning” we have been told.

PANIC in DC=Patriots are now in control in District of Columbia

RAT=Republicans against Trump

Etc..
