I know I know it's hard! But yes you have to be encouraging to them or you'll send them right back to normieville.

Toastmasters had a rule that you had to give 3 positive/encouraging statements for every 1 difficult truth/feedback, and I still find that a good formula.

Sometimes I get too excited though and forget. Today my buddy didn't know that the Viking 'Q' Shaman guy was just some fag actor and not an actual Q leader or something. I was like 'yeah dude there's pictures of him at all these BLM riots and he's egging them on too. That's his thing' and he was pretty surprised. He's like have you been going down the rabbit hole? And I'm like buddy that little bit of information is just the start lol.
