Yeah, actually they do get old and they distract from legit open source happenings.
Then don't click and move past it. I think a bit of humor and a bit of distraction is ok with all that we have to deal with on a daily basis and the things we all know and carry around with us. A bit of laughter will probably help us all recharge and keep holding the line . Nothing can be straight up business all the time . there's plenty of research going on here , I know I've posted a ton of it . A break here and there is ok !
A ton of it or not, is not a reason to continue to contribute low info posts. "We are researchers who deal in open-source information, reasoned argument, and dank memes. We do battle in the sphere of ideas and ideas only."

The public facing side is meant to awaken others. It's a shame voat went down, but here you still get research as well as some comic relief. People enjoy the light atmosphere as well as the crossreferencing.

The success of the Q movement is not the "community caliber bull shit posts"... it is the solid open source researchers. But I was not a Redditor/FB/Twatter caliber researcher. I can assure you that though it appears you like your role as a USO entertainer. I'm not aware kun has a job opening for that.
