Prosecution in that context could refer to the 2 options of either disarming, or if that's not an option, detonation? I really don't know for sure, I'm just spit balling here.

I just looked at all Q posts involving the word "prosecution" and there are a lot of parallels to today with every post 2019 and onwards. Before then, not really.
