By this 'rule', if this passes, anyone holding a security clearance will lose thier 2A rights. That is part of the investigative process when you apply for a security clearance. They check into your domestic 'activities' to make sure you are not a threat. If their definition is broad, then anyone who has ever applied for a security clearance WILL lose their 2A rights
