We need new tactics. Just appealing to the Constitution doesn’t work. At this point we are better off using obscure laws to convince them. Like when President Trump found an obscure law about defacing government statues. Seems like the left never even challenged him on that. Maybe the way around Covid is lots of little lawsuits. What if people started fainting in the aisles of multi-million dollar stores because they are being forced to wear a mask that cuts off their airways and violates certain standards - the more obscure the better.
