North Korea is under a shadow government. That could explain why Kim Jong Un is chummy with Trump; he offered a way out of Obama hell.

Putin might be a good guy, considering he gets attacked viciously by the MSM.

I'm thinking Putin was dealing with the DeepState just enough to keep them out until he found out they Hillary Clinton tried to frame Russia for selling enriched uranium cores to Iran, Syria, and North Korea. (This we already know).

After that he cut off all ties with the cabal and made friends with Trump in order to take down the DeepState, which he never could have done on his own.

Where is allegiances are after all is said and done is a hard thing to guess. That man is like reading a rock.
