North Korea is under a shadow government. That could explain why Kim Jong Un is chummy with Trump; he offered a way out of Obama hell.

The cabal has always been in control of NK, and it makes sense that it’s there to keep China in line. Obama however, is little more than a puppet in the grand scheme of things.

I’m not saying China is working with the US, but I believe it would be in their interest to do so.
