The mix of all the balanced mRNA in your cell is like an internet where there are many users of many different strengths. When the network is attacked, since the users have a common plan, they marshal their resources and unique strengths to defend. The specialists move in, and those with less training learn the details of the specialty. That is all the good health of the network, which is God's plan for healthy eukaryote cells.

Obviously modRNA is exactly like a group of identically minded infiltrated agents with special messages for the network. The agents' messages cause proteins to be created that are the equivalent of internet posts containing destructive thoughts. The proteins are analyzed by the network and destroyed, which seems like good practice, and the presumption is that, if a real attacker came with a form of this previously undiscovered attack that was defeated by the "immunized" network, the network's experience would allow it to defeat the outside attacker. The "hero" of any vaccine story is the infiltrating agent who mimicked the attacker; but that method only works if the network recognizes the "attack" as training rather than as a true attack, because otherwise its energy is spent.

And what if the messages caused other disruption to the network? This is a totally untested proposition. They use up resources that could be used elsewhere, and disturb and imbalance the ordinary harmony because the infiltrators do not know the network's language and are using cheap machine translators. (The real mRNA accepts the poorly coded messages as legitimate out of grace and mercy.) The infiltrators also change the meaning and importance of concepts in the minds of the network (i.e., the regulated protein balance that causes cellular response is forum-shifted). Some communities (cells) may literally commit suicide (autolysis) because of imbalances that imply that their protein specialties are no longer needed; others might become unduly inflated and tumerous (this happens in unmodified cells too, but the presence of modRNA changes the distribution of ordinary cell life and death). The butterfly effects are totally unknown; they are hypothetical, but so are the alleged benefits.

My understanding is that the modRNA is never truly destroyed, that its influence on the affected cells remains indefinitely even if it is macro imperceptible, because the regulated balance has been affected and cannot be cleansed by the means by which it was defiled.
