Zillow lists all sorts of properties, whether on the market, or not. Including both approximate sale price AS WELL AS RENTAL PRICE. Look up any house you feel like near you, especially those not listed for sale.

In this case the listing clearly says "Off market". And has an assumed rental price as well IF the property would be available for rent. IF.

Its all hypothetical, and means nothing. At all.
