If this were true, and there were hundreds of children in tunnels underneath the White House, wouldnt have Trump released them during the four years he was living above them? I don’t think Trump would’ve laid down his head to rest at night knowing there were children in cages below him.

For what it's worth, a guy that goes by "mustang medic", posted a video on January 26th of the back entrance to capitol hill. He was out there from 2am to around 4am filming and he was the only filming. There were groups of people dressed as civilians going in the gate after having their credentials checked, and there were buses and shuttles from a number of different companies, along with buses that were unmarked all with tinted windows going into the capitol and out of the capitol for 2 hours. There were squad cars also, but they didn't have lights on or sirens. Here's the link:

They were just capital employees entering the restricted areas and having ID's checked.

When I watched him live I believe it was more like 0400ish when those particular people were filmed. Not an unusual hour to head into work, especially if you have to be bused in to the area then go through check points. I imagine there are all kinds of support jobs that need to set up long before regular employees...janitors & food service for example. It's like a self contained city in the capital bldg area with restaurant, salon, gym etc.
