How the fuck did this guy ever win a single court case? He rambles, changes the subject, goes off on tangents, has no coherent message, and zero personality.

THIS is the best they could come up with? WTF?

2 minutes into the 2nd guy, and he is MUCH more of a dynamic speaker, and is getting to the point right away.

The first guy was a BIG MISTAKE. He produced NOTHING of value.
