Is it possible that Q is a military group from the future, that is using some quantum type communication AI to alter past events, and as the Event Horizon moment draws near, is now altering events in REAL TIME? Is that why things make no sense, possible to over take a persons conscious and make them say and do things that are uncharacteristic in order to setup and establish the events of the final act to come?

So consider a future time or another Earth timeline/Dimension, where everything has gone to total shit. So this is a US military group that has support from Time travelling POTUS Baron Trump, Baron comes back and talks to Donald J. Trump, and let's him know that he will be contacted by a group from the future once Quantum Computers are online. Once we have Quantum tech, Q team connects to the past, then then transfer "Q" as an AI back in time to our Quantum Computers. "Q" runs on our sluggish software, working on events, and reporting back to future "Q" about their results. Future Q makes changes, things happen, nothing is perfect but they have full control in the future. Now we are here, a year of chaos and unexplainable event after event.
