They didn’t even TRY to win their argument yesterday. I think they WANT to show their evidence. Do they have evidence that the Dems and Rinos PLANNED the attack on the capital and PLANNED to impeach Trump? Guess we ll find out

Consider that the lawyers Trump decided to go with are former federal prosecutors, not Constitutional law experts, not defense attorneys, prosecutors.

Prosecutors exist to show evidence. You can't convict someone without showing evidence. Defense attorneys are the ones that like quick summary judgments early on in the trial.

So yeah, I agree. It is pretty obvious Trump wants this trial to go forward. I really want to see where he plans on taking this.
