WOW...Maybe because Reagan DID not Die...I never even thought to put him together with Kennedy...but when you think about it...Kennedy, Reagan, and Trump were really the Last OUTSIDERS...at least for recent History.

Exactly..Not sure of the exact reason for LBJ, other than Kennedy needed Texas. But Both Reagan and Trump took Bush and Pence to Satisfy the "Establishment"...I did not know HOW bad 41 was at the time, but NEVER really Trusted Pence!
