How do you report someone?

I have NEVER reported someone on this forum. But having just been mentally assaulted by a recent post, I'd like to know how to do it.

Was it the shill that's obsessed with poop again? I just logged in, if it was anything like yesterday there was shilling at every site I visited, particularly gab, this impeachment trial has them very active for some reason, you would think they would be pleased. Ready the report finger, and block as fast as you can!
