Whether they find him guilty or not ( I think they will) anything they decide is moot and certainly not binding considering easily 2/3 RDS of Congress broke their oath of office and have committed TREASON. The capital thing was a false flag set up to give them a reason to impeach him. I'm sure they can find 20 corrupt Repubs to finalize the impeachment. The only thing the DS has is optics and running out the clock, but they can't.
