Trying to figure out what "watch the water" actually means. A hypothesis I am considering is that it might have something to do with Taiwan. There are currently 2 aircraft carriers operating in the South China sea. Both the Theodore Roosevelt and the Nimitz. There is also a French nuclear submarine, as well as the USS Princeton missile cruiser and Destroyer Squadron 9.

The conventional wisdom is that nothing will break out, and that is likely true in the large picture, but I am wondering if there might be something going on in a more covert nature.

Combined with the fact that the Chinese New Year holiday just started today, I am wondering if this is the water we should be watching.

I’m just going way wild thinking there might be a huge under water network of covert submarines for human trafficking and illegal drugs. Think watch the water is when these middles blow them up.
