There is one and only one solution. No one will be banned for using any word.

I don't care if they ban for being ACTUALLY racist. I have no problem with that, but banning for simply using a word in some otherwise innocent context is utterly disgusting. It is the very first evil started by every totalitarian government in all of history. Its straight out of the communist playbook.
