Ok, blacksmith, educate this old lady. I looked up TLA and it can't really mean "Temporary Lodging Allowance", or a language development program...? I figure IC stands for Intelligence Community (?), and PDB=Presidential Daily Briefing, what is CT? Thanks...oh, and I bet I'm NOT the only idiot here that doesn't know. LOL
