Scott Kesterson (BardsFM) had a show a few days ago--I think it was the one about the "Lion in a MAGA hat"--where he was talking about how much Trump has studied Chinese culture, and he told a story about Xi coming to Mar-a-Lago once and Trump's granddaughter sang to him in Mandarin. This was the greatest possible compliment, treating Xi as a grandfather. So, I have no idea if Xi is a white hat or not, but at this point, very little would surprise me! At the very least, Trump obviously has a very good grasp of all aspects of the situation.
