Yes agreed, he was close to an hour late, the stream I was watching (RSBN) said it multiple times. Not only that but whilst watching the speech the stream changed and it showed about 15 -20 police with their backs to a wall, with a smallish crowd in front of them pretending to attack them.
You could tell it was staged as nobody landed any blows, it was a close in shot and you couldn't tell where it was. I remember thinking "this is fake" and the other thing that stood out, every single one of them had either a grey beanie hat on or grey hoody, baseball cap. There must be footage out there somewhere, it was only about 20 sec stream but I can't find it yet?

It makes sense now why Trump said, "come to DC on the 6th - will be wild." Hindsight is 20/20
And why he seemed to be meandering in his speech - that he showed up late for on that day
